I know what it’s like to be capable on the outside and quietly unsettled on the inside.
For years, I worked hard, held responsibility, and did meaningful work. And still, there was a persistent sense that I had to stay sharp, prepared, and slightly on edge. Not because I wasn’t capable. Because I cared deeply and didn’t want to get it wrong.
That lived experience, combined with my training and years of coaching, is what shapes how I work today.
My approach is calm, practical, and grounded in evidence. I don’t believe imposter syndrome is something to fix or outgrow. I help clients understand why it shows up, calm what’s happening in their nervous system, and respond with clarity instead of overworking or self-doubt.
