What to Expect When You Enrol

Once you complete your enrollment, here’s what happens next:

1. You’ll receive a welcome email
   Within a few minutes, you’ll receive an email with everything you need to get started, including:

• confirmation of your enrollment
• a link to book your first private session
• clear next steps so you know exactly what’s coming

2. You’ll book your first call
   You’ll choose a time that works for you. There’s no preparation required. We’ll meet where you are and take it one step at a time.
3. You’ll receive your personalized plan
   After our first session, I’ll create a simple, written plan tailored specifically to you. This plan evolves as we work together over the twelve weeks, so you’re always supported in the way that’s most useful right now.
4. Ongoing support begins
   Daily WhatsApp support and access to your tools and training library begin immediately, so you’re not holding everything on your own between sessions.
